THE BEAT MINE โ€” FREE PRODUCER ACCOUNT TERMS
Version BM-FREE-ACCOUNT-R85-PUBLICATION-1
Effective upon actual publication on thebeatmine.com.

1. This free phase
THE BEAT MINE LLC provides free producer accounts on thebeatmine.com for profile/shop preparation, beat uploads and explicitly published public previews. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms where you live. International producers may register where the service can lawfully be provided. Purchases, subscriptions, paid upgrades and payouts are unavailable. Signup does not authorize a charge or enroll you in a paid plan. Future paid services require separate terms and authorization.
Verify an email address you control and keep account credentials private. Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, access their private files, fabricate rights evidence, threaten users or evade justified restrictions. Good-faith criticism, complaints and rights reports are not prohibited.

2. Ownership and private preparation
You retain your ownership. You grant THE BEAT MINE LLC nonexclusive permission to store, copy, validate, technically process and play private previews of submitted material as necessary to provide, secure and troubleshoot this service. Service providers may perform these tasks for the company, with no independent right to use your work. This private preparation permission does not itself authorize public publication, sales, exclusive licensing, copyright transfer or unrelated promotion.
Upload only music, artwork and profile material you own or have permission to use for this private preparation service, including necessary permissions for underlying compositions, recordings, samples and collaborators. Disclose restrictions or disputed rights to support before uploading affected material. Do not falsely claim sole ownership or supply fabricated permissions. Permission for private preparation is not proof of authority for future sales, buyer uses or redistribution of raw samples; those require separate review and seller terms.

3. Your choice to publish previews
Drafts remain private while editing. Saving or uploading alone does not authorize publication. Before you publish, the publication screen identifies the beat/version, preview audio, producer attribution and associated artwork/profile information that will become public.
By explicitly publishing those identified materials, you grant THE BEAT MINE LLC nonexclusive permission to host and technically process them, display their title, selected metadata, artwork and producer attribution, and stream the identified preview on the public Beat Mine homepage and producer shop. Service providers may perform these tasks solely to operate that display and streaming. You must have permission for these public uses of the composition, recording, samples, collaborator contributions and artwork, not merely private storage.
Logged-out visitors can view the listing and play its preview. Public pages may be linked or shared; browser-delivered previews cannot be guaranteed impossible to capture. This grant does not authorize sale, public downloadable distribution of the protected full delivery file, exclusive licensing, ownership transfer, unrelated advertising or off-site promotional reuse. It creates no buyer license or subscription.
You may request withdrawal of a public preview through support. Withdrawal stops new public presentation through the reviewed publication process; it cannot recall copies visitors already received. Withdrawal, deletion of stored originals and backup retirement are separate actions. No instantaneous withdrawal or full-erasure guarantee is made.

4. Current limits
The current Free allowance is five beats per producer account, counting private drafts and published beats toward the same allowance. At the later paid launch, the Free plan's cap will be ten beats; that increase is not active now. Current total account storage allowance is 150 MiB (157,286,400 bytes), with MP3 files limited to 30 MiB (31,457,280 bytes) each and 1โ€“900 seconds. The uploader shows applicable storage usage and supported file requirements before submission. Stored copies may count toward usage; public-preview creation must remain within the displayed accounting rules. Pack uploads and paid quota upgrades are not offered in this phase.
Shared storage and processing capacity are finite. The service may pause new uploads when capacity or safety checks prevent a write. Reaching a limit alone does not automatically delete existing files. Keep originals and backups; the service does not promise indefinite storage, guaranteed recovery, earnings or placement.

5. Support, removal and account closure
Contact support@thebeatmine.com for account help, corrections, preview withdrawal, removal or rights concerns. Justin reviews support requests weekly. This review cadence is not a guaranteed completion deadline and does not extend any applicable legal deadline. Identify your account and affected material without sending passwords or payment details. Proportionate account-control or rights evidence may be requested.
Account closure disables sign-in; it does not automatically erase all records. Removal is reviewed for ownership, publication dependencies, retained versions and other obligations. Eligible unpublished drafts can be removed and their accounted storage released through a reviewed operator action. Published material first requires review of its publication dependencies and withdrawal. Accepted terms, rights evidence, purchased versions and records needed for existing obligations are handled separately. Profile-image cleanup may be deferred if a file remains referenced or removal fails. Backups are separate from active data. We record completed and deferred actions and explain material limitations through the request process.
Restrictions for suspected misuse should be proportionate to evidence, with a support route to request review, subject to legitimate security or legal limits. A complaint alone is not a final infringement finding.

6. Existing rights and later changes
These terms do not replace an earlier pilot agreement or reset its retention deadlines, alter an existing customer license, or authorize seller indemnity, bank debits or financial recovery. Existing buyer remedies remain unchanged. A material change must be identified before new acceptance; retained earlier acceptance records must not be silently rewritten. These terms apply to your account when the published version is presented and affirmatively accepted.
